Just wanted to wish 2 of my classmates / very good friends all the best while working abroad with this post. They leave next week. Bram is going to work in Stockholm (Sweden) for a gamedesign company as a 3D artist. He will be working on an unannounced xbox360 title. Tim is off tomorrow to London (England) for his career at last.fm. As a front-end developer he will make sure the last.fm experience of millions of people worldwide will become even better. We were flathunting in London last week and did a small stop at last.fm for some paperwork. I reckon Tim is going to be just fine, since his new roommate and collegue’s are the coolest ever. Interactive out-door is hot. Especially this wall from Adobe. Infrared sensors are used to track movement and generate art on the screen.
It’s used to advertise the new Adobe Creative Suite 3 software bundel on Times Square (New York). Apparently the installation is coming to London soon. The nerds in the video talk kind of critical about it, but I find it pretty aDOPE.. Arty and pretty that is.
Read more. Thx for the tip Steven! Be first to comment this article |

Although it’s far from reality, setting up an advergame in the form of a simulator might do the trick when it comes to point of sale advertising for cars. It might just give you the experience and thrill you get out of driving a sports car.. like the BMW M3 for example.
Interactive elements in the simulator include: - Working pedals, stick shift, steering wheel
- Suspension reacts to road / movement
No word on force feedback on the wheel though? Be first to comment this article |
