Chatting, sport scores, horoscopes, contests and customer loyalty programs should be theoretically possible with this billboard. All done through text messaging. This billboard stands ground on the border of Mexico & the USA. I wonder how popular it is. With annually nearly 74 million trespassers it looks like it has quite an exposure.
