When you do a lot of deskwork, you might become sore after a while; maybe even risk getting RSI. Some colleagues at the uni used this software to prevent these issues. (n/a for Mac) To be honest, I first hated the idea behind the concept. It's very intrusive, since it prompts you with a message when it's time to take a break. On top of that, it locks down your computer if you don't ignore. ![]() While I used to laugh at them in the past, I confess I recently complied.. Long days in the office gave me sore shoulders. It's actually a pretty nice tool, and really does help you get more easily through office situations when tension works on your muscles. Everything the package prompts you with, is scientifically validated and it provides an interesting personal history on how hard you have been working. As you can see, I have not been working really hard today A good example of persuasive software, just don't forget to shut it down while giving a presentation.
